		<description>You need to do that in the theme, so if you&#039;re creating your own theme then you can add whatever regions you want. Or in an existing theme if you&#039;re good at themeing and know what you&#039;re doing you can make the modifications to add your own region.</description>

    * Strong community to help discern the dozens (hundreds) of functions and tags available.
